How can I make adjustments to the suspension of a Kawasaki Ninja 250?

I would go with the sv650 shock transplant for the rear which gives the added benefit of raising the rear making the bike steer better. As for the front you can buy springs, or cut a little off the stock springs and add a preload spacer.

if u mean front fork it depends on what kind you got if its air its easy, if its oil buy a thicker oil if its gas new front fork

I have a older 500 Explorer Polaris atv and it don't stay running and it seems like the battey will die and

in the owners manual, there shold be a section on adjusting the preload on the rear shock. if you have already done this you need to replace the shock spring or entire shock. if your willing to go to that extreme, replace the fork springs also, and put in higher weight fork oil .
