Yamaha YFZ 450.....?

how would i come about tightening my chain on my 450!?..and another question. i was riding all day long at the end of our ride my anit freeze was completly empty and i had filled it before the ride? why? please help

Drive chain tensioner on this bike is the same as most any Yamaha I've owned - loosen the bolts on the rear hub and reposition.
RE: the antifreeze - drain the oil, I'll bet it's milky. You've most likely got a blown headgasket or a leaky internal seal. Definitely a must fix before you ride again - otherwise it'll self-destruct.
