In respect to lights or turn signals -what is a load equalizer and what does it do?

Question:

Answers:

Who are some really good motorcycle builders in terms of custom bikes?

A load equalizer compensates for the different electrical power draw that comes with many aftermarket turn signals and marker lights, primarily LED's. The motorcycle's electrical system is designed to accomidate a particular voltage draw. When you install LED's, the draw is significantly lower and the lights will not function properly. The load equalizer does just as its name suggests, it equalizes the electrical load and simulates a stock power load, allowing signals to operate properly.
