Is there a pattern to make a motorcyle helmet cover? Tight fitting, like a skin.?

It depends on what type of paint job you want. Do you just want a single colour job, or do you want flames, fancy colouring, fade to colour change, etc?

Plain paint job you can probably do yourself if you are handy at all. Fancy stuff you should find a pro for.

Any large town will most likely have a paint shop. Ask some riding buddies, or even look in the phone book. Ask at an auto paint shop or a motorcycle dealer...they will know.
