Hi, I did own a yamaha R6. Got knocked off, long story. Just discovered the ORIGINAL R6 exhaust under my stairs tho. How do I sell this thing? How much is it worth? Phoned yamaha and they said £450, Can't be, can it?

Of course Yamaha would try to low-ball you. What you need to do is put it up on ebay, using Yamaha's quote as a base price. Depending on what year your R6 was, a stock exhaust could bring you a hefty chuck of change.Is it true if you get your motorcycle license you receive discounts on merchandise, insurance etc.?

That is very cheap for a full exhaust from Yamaha so i assume you are just talking about the end can? If so it's worth about £30. There are loads available 2nd hand and not many people want a standard can except for mot's.More Questions & Answers ...
