Guys does anyone know any bike other than pulsar220 having the fuel injection technology for better mileage?

An easy enough answer is, for $ 500, any bike that is in good, safe running condition, is well worth it, especially an 850. I have ridden many Yamaha bikes and believe your son will be very happy with it.

1100 miles to Sturgis on a V-star 650 Midnight Custom?

If in good condition, it is a good deal. The 850 is a great bike and big enough so you won't want a bigger bike in a few months..Yamaha makes good bikes..it came with good brakes and has enough engine to keep you happy in just about any situation...of course...Ride safe

Will a 1996 Suzuki DR650 engine fit into a 1997 Suzuki DR350 frame?

Before you listen to any of the "experts" on this site, the best advise that I can give you (or anyone for that matter) would be to go to Kelley's Blue Book on the web and check the blue book value for the bike. That will give you a much better idea than most people here can. Besides, the other person answering this question, might be the seller.
Once you decide that the price is right, make sure you take the extra time and the little money involved and take it to a dealer of Yamaha, and have them give it the once over. It may cost $30-50 but that would be money well spent, considering the fact that it might have a cracked head or the gaskets needing replacing or any one of a thousand different things that could be wrong with it, that you can't detect with the naked eye. Good luck and good riding.

Suzuki TS50 Restrictor In Exhaust?

Yamaha makes a great bike and the 850 was in line. If it is immaculate, it has probably been well taken care of. I would reccommend you take it to a reputable mechanic for a cursory checkout. You will not likey find bluebook values on a bike that old and it is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Perhaps comparison shop on ebay as a guideline. I don't think the price is out of line at all. Parts and service availabilty may be a problem on 27 year old machine. My BIGGEST concern is an 850cc motorcycle as a first bike. They can be heavy and powerful. A handful of accidental throttle can be a deadly thing in the hands of the inexperienced. I wish you great luck, but do urge caution here!

I am scooter &motorcycle mechanic .can i get a job abroad. i am 41 yrs old.?

This is a great deal, especially if low miles. A test ride will tell you how it runs. This bike is easy to work on, but parts may be hard to find. With regular maintenance, not much goes wrong with these bikes.

I am thinking about getting a Triumph Speed Triple. What other bikes are like it?

Parts may be hard to find...
