Synchronizing Carburetors on a 1999 Honda F4?
This depends on many different factors. What are your interest, your size {height and weight}, age, comfort, price etc. A 250cc for a 110lb person can be allot more machine then 325lb person. A crotch rocket may be kool and the in thing but it will suck on long trips. A fatboy would be great for cruising the highways but could suck in town. Without knowing you experience and body size I think it would be wrong to take advice about this from a web site?If I was In a Bike Calender? Would you buy it?
try to get a 250cc bike. Anything. Ride that for about 6 months then move up.How or where can I learn how to ride a motorcycle?
i understand 600cc's sound small compared to 1000cc plus bikes, but 600cc is a lot of power.
Know how to get exhaust soot off of the pipes on a motorcycle,,,thanks?
600 is a bit big for a starter, I would look at a 250 Ninja, or possibly a 500. Buell Blast is good size for starter. I have not tried one but hear that it is not the smoothest ride; alot of vibration...try to get a demo ride if you go that route. If you like cruiser bikes, the Suzuki Boulevard S40 is a great starter also.Good Luck!
I have heard mixed comments on the Blast. It's big plus, in my opinion, is the low seat height for vertically challenged folks. The Ninja 600 isn't a starter bike, but that's not to say you couldn't ride one. A 4 cylinder 600 sport bike can be a hand full though. The 500 Ninja would be a good starter bike, also the Suzuki SV650. I like it because it is a V-twin which is much easier to handle power wise compared to an in-line 4. It also has a fairly upright seating position which is also good for a beginning rider.

the buell blast should be a great starter bike, light enough, 500cc isnt too huge, but its big enough to keep you happy even after you really learn, and its only 5k newWhere do you buy a salvage title motorcycle?
but dont expect it to have the power of the ninja
Does any body kno how to take a crakshaft out of a peugeot moped?
Suzuki SV650 or Kawi 650R. You won't out grow either for a long time. Read the reviews on the Blast before you buy one. Not very impressive.I am looking for a new bike pls tell me what will be a better choice than a pulsar 150?
if you think you can handle a 600 sport bike then why notjust buy a liter bike? i think a Honda rebel would fit
you better.

Buy a Harley.Start out with a big bike.starting out with a small bike and stepping up is nonsence and a waste of money.I need an engine generator cover for a year 2000 rry 929cc honda fireblade.can anyone help?
I would get a naked like a Buell Blast, Honda 599 or Suzuki SV650. They are easy to learn how to ride because of their more upright seating position. Then when you feel like you need more, move up to a crotch rocket. Buells are cool. The Norton The Triumph The BSA or The Vincent?
get a cruiser. there's nothing like the ride of a harley, but they also have a big price tag. i can almost guarentee that after u try to put in a 300 mile trip on a rocket, u'll be wanting to sell it and get something more comfortable for long rides.Where can i buy new or used parts for the fly wing dt150 motorcycle.?
if u plan on hitting curvey roads aggressive but still plan on taking very long rides, a wide glide or a deuce would do the job. based on riding experience, i havent found many metric cruisers to be on par with the lean angles the wide glide is capable of, and being comfortable for long legged riders. u just have to float around a dealer and sit on a few bikes.
My bike wont start, its completely dead?
if u want to live thru the first season, stay away from the 600cc and up sport bikes. reguardless of what some will say here, those bikes will not be rookie friendly, and will get a rookie severely hurt if not dead. u do have 2 choices on a sport bike..listen to those that actually have saddle time on 1 and learn from them, or go it alone and get whatever bike u want.and learn the hard way that a 600cc water cooled inline-4 rocket is just too much to handle for a beginner.
Buell Blast should be great for you!!
What is the best way to purchase a Bajaj Pulsar in Mexico and have it shipped to Los Angeles?
I take it you're looking at sport bikes. My rule of thumb for a first bike is 50 hp or less. The Ninja 600 has about double that. Some people start off on them, true, but you'll learn faster on something easier to ride that's less likely to punish you if you take it to its limits. The Blast, on the other hand, certainly qualifies as a good first bike. Kawasaki has two choices in the Ninja line, the 250 and the 500. And Suzuki has the GS500F - I ride one of these myself. These all are pretty well established bikes that are easy to ride but have enough power to keep up with freeway traffic. The Ninja 250 will be really revving hard at 75, but you won't hurt it by running it flat out.
Questions about my 2006 raptor?
My advice is to go sit on these four, check them out, and see which one you like best. Also, I recommend taking lessons from a riding school like those run by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation; it'll do a lot to prepare you for riding.

Probably the Buell Blast, however any Jap bike in that range will be very good probably. Just remember that the Blast is quite powerful for a 500cc bike and take it slow. Why do 4-wheelers depreciate so quickly?
