Mega ride Plymouth '06 trike?

there was a guy on Plymouth Hoe during the mega ride 2006 with a chopper trike who hires himself out for occasions with his bike. he was handing out flyers and i have lost it. does anyone have any idea on who it was and how I can contact him. can anyone help?
