What motocross should I get next out of KTM, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki or Yamaha?

I rode a Yamaha R6 for three years, and enjoyed the hell out it. It was light, easy to throw into tight turns, and had a quick little motor.

Harley sound?

Then I went for the '04 R1 (1000cc), which was only slightly heavier, but had an insane amount of torque. The rev-range was smooth & responsive at all RPMs, but it was absolutely nasty at around 12,500 and up. It was a lot of fun, too... but it could be tricky when I was riding in the mountains and tight roads. I got it out on the track a few times, after I upgraded my forks and suspension, and still found that the motor was just a little too raw, and overly responsive.

What is the best cleaner for exhaust pipes and engine chrome??

I played with the R1 for a while, then I traded it for my '05 Suzuki GSX1000R. I think I'll be keeping this one for a while! It has more pull than the R1, but it still somehow feels more tame. Don't get me wrong, it is a BEAST, and has way more high-speed riding capabilities than I could ever need on the road - but after exhaustively fine tuning the motor, exhaust, power commander, suspension, etc., and a few other aftermarket parts, it has become the most comfortable and thrilling bike I have ever owned! I still haven't figured out just how fast it actually is, and probably never will. It will do 190 on a straightaway right now, and I can personally vouch for that. Some people - just slightly more crazy than myself - would probably add a 2-stage nitrous kit, which would put it well into the 250mph Club in no time. But, I'm less interested in power now than I am in performance.

My 1988 Honda CR 125 dirtbike needs an engine. Does anyone know where I can get one for a decent price?

If you're new to sport bikes, you should probably look into the GSX-Rs 600 & 750. Even the 600cc model is fun to ride, and is fully capable of hanging with the bigger liter bikes. Plus, smaller engine equates into less weight, and that helps on the twisty roads. I just rode an '06 Suzuki GSX-R 750 K6 fairly recently, and I must admit that the 750 power plant feels pretty close to my 1000... but the weight difference didn't feel very significant to me. (They're both still pretty light.)

Need a small trailer for my sportscar. Thought a biker's trailer would do. Only get bikeuhauls. Need a name.

So, in conclusion, if you want the most all-out & intense experience on a street bike (in my opinion), look at the 1000... just remember one thing: DO NOT take it for granted, ever. Or it will easily get out from under you and get you seriously hurt, possibly killed.

I have a friend who this boy and i like him what should i do?

Honda CBR 1000

Whats the best 250cc capacity bike for a tall person? I am 6'3" I need the largest framed bike possible.

gsxr 750!

Can a front master cylinder from a GSXR1000 fit a GSXR750?

That depends on what you want out of a bike.

What are the valve clearances for a Honda CBR600F (1988) and do I need any specialist tools? Thanks.?

Having ridden many bikes over many years, I would suggest that the best bang for your buck is the current crop of 600cc roadbikes. they are sprightly, powerful (without being too powerful) they don't chew tyres up as fast as something like a fireblade. They cope with commuting as well as they do a track day or a punt around your favorite mountain road.

I really want to learn how to ride a motorcycle...?

I have a thing for Kawasakis, I just think they look so much better than the others, but the new Honda is a damn good package too.

Is this scooter small or big?

suzuki gsxr

How do i change the oil on a YZF 250?

If you mean sport as casual riding but with the power you need on the highways then a 1300 honda, I personally have a Harley but the Honda is a good bike.

Suzuki RGV250 RGV - M, VJ22, VJ21 what's the difference?

I have always been a fan of the four cylinder Japanese bikes.
I have a 1976 Honda CB 550 and it is nearly bullet proof.
I have done burnouts at 10,000 RPM before and it never even fazed it. It has a perfect blend of power, handling and comfort. And i can ride it any where, any time because it isn't very pretty any more, so i dint worry about cosmetics. you can also buy one for less than a thousand dollars all the way up to the mid to late 80's.

Hi i am looking for and old lambetta motorcycle my father in law used to own to see what happened to it ?

Where can you purchase a code reader and mapping software for motorbikes or dose the car OBDII work on bikes?

Yamaha FZ-6 or FZ-1. Both have a bunch of power and the sitting position is comfortable enough for long rides. The can be outfitted with GIVI bags and then you have an awesome sport-touring bike. For all around sport bike these two will meet or exceed your wildest expectations.

Well... Can I ride a Motor Bike ?

Are you TRYING to start a flame war? ;)
For my money, the Honda Interceptor series is the way to go, but I'm biased as that's what I ride. It's a great balance of sport and touring and the power of the V-Four is hard to deny. Plus, where else do you get ABS on a motorcycle?

What do i need to do in order to obtain a motorcycle's licence?

Well i love my RVT 1000R the thing is awesome. I t catches a bad rap for being slow but if you look at the numbers if you call being a 100th of a second behind the GSX-1000 in the 1/4 mile slow then i think your nuts. But my bike is great cuz it different the v-twin sounds the best out of any sport bike ive ever heard (and thats all of them) not stock but put some pipes on there and the thing sounds like its going to eat you. My bike is great for straight performance and in the twisites its basically unbeatable cuz of all the low end torque. But as far as going on long road trips this really is not the bike you wanna have. And my is 2001 and in the year 2001 a race was tested between the RC51(RVT 1000R
and the 2001 hayabusa. The RC was neck and neck with the busa untill it hit 126mph them the busa started to pull away when it top 3rd gear. So as far as being slow i dont know what people are talking about. I will never lose my bike amidst a crowd of in-line 4's but i guess a 100th of a second is the price you pay for originality

Aren't most men who ride Harleys just insecure little boys trying to prop up their manhood?

Bar none my bet would be the Yamaha 600R. Mine went 24,000 mi before i traded it twice! There is a story there. Gets about 50 mpg. Is not tough on the body but does get the upper body ready, wind protection is the best this side of a tourer. Can be built up with aftermarket add-on. Easy on the pocket. Quiet. And it can be sporting. Yes, the RR's are faster but they are more track oriented. I assume u mean for the street also. Even in the rain u might get your feet and hands wet but not too bad overall
