2000 kawasaki vulcan nomad?

Question:
Can anybody tell me what year Kawasaki moved the oil level site glass from the center right side to the rear back beside the oil filter?
I need a new motor on my 1999 Nomad and have not found one with the site glass in the right place. New to the Nomad bike and not familiar with what year the change was made.
