Interstate train for car transport?
Unfortunately, historic locos don't have odometers (or speedometers in many cases). Mileage was calculated by reference to the journeys made by the loco. For example, it might travel for a week on one return trip a day between town a and town b, a distance of 500 round trip which gives a mileage of 3,500. That would be noted by the shedmaster on the loco's sheet.Want to locate trains that provide tours for local public in the East Texas area?
