At CSX, if you are working in the yard you'll most likely drive yourself where ever you need to go -- using a cart if you are switching -- the Blazer or Surburban if you need to run to the other end of the yard or something. Its pretty much up to you if you are not told exactly what to do. CSX has a contract with a transport company, rarely will we ever use a cab. I call our p/u people bus drivers but alot of the old heads call them man drivers. Their fleet consists of Ford Asto vans, which are probably seven person vehicles.
