Well I've been in both these cities.I'm most certain Switzerland has a very good local service between all her major cities.Unlike most of Europe,who drastically reduced the rail system.Switzerland did not,consequently thier rail network is very good.Especially during the winter months
Swizerland has one of the most reliable Rail services in the world. I haven't used it in over 10 years but I'm sure you'll find the service you want on the day you want. Just turn up a bit early on the day. Good luck.
