Do you know of a website that has rail statistics?

Question:
I'm looking for a website that has rail statistics for the US and Canada that shows such things as carloads, freight volume per year, passenger stats, etc. Also, are there any databases that show the yearly usage of branch lines? There's a few seldom used short lines that I'd love to see the stats on. Thanks - Lance
