Do you think using a cell phone while driving should be illegal or not? Why?

My parents wouldn't let me when I was 16yrs so when I turned 19yrs I could do it on my own and I was a little nervous but mostly excited. I got my license a few months later and a couple of months after that I bought myself a car and been driving since. It's a great feel of freedom.
