New mobile phone driving laws.?

Question:
Since they came into force, have you seen many drivers still using mobiles while driving? Also, do you know of anyone who has actually been caught doing this and fined? My feeling is that it is an excellent law, but not enforceable.

From what i have seen when driving its all the stuck up snobs who think they are a law unto themselves that still use them when driving and most of those dont even wear a seatbelt either,
( Bournemouth area ) maybe the police should get their fingers out and at least make an attempt to enforce this law now it has more teeth.

in most countries, using handphone while driving car is against the law. And it is considered as serious traffic offence.

i dont own a mobile phone how ever i have been stoped twice for driving and useing a phone on each occasion i asked the officers to search the car and me to find the phone needless to say thay did not find a phone as i dont have one i have now lodged a complaint to the police for harassment
