3. widen the roads and maintain them periodically.
4. ensure everyone including common people are aware of road rules & regulations.

6. drink and drive should be prohibited. strict rules should be implemented to achieve the same.

The main problem in Kerala is (1) the roads dont have a white line which helps to regulate the to and fro traffic. (2) Riding bikes without helmets should be dealt with by imposing severe fines. (3)Drunken driving should attract a very harsh punishment. (4) Minors who are found driving or riding vehicles should be fined.(5)
Many highways connecting towns can be converted into 4 lane expressways.

I have not been to Kerala but was in India a few years back. I rode a Royal Enfield 500 classic, (beautiful machine) from Delhi nth to Lei then through Kashmir.
