Question:
Well, this week I got into an auto accident and there were three witnesses as officer told me. The other driver ran the red light so I collided with them. The one witness said that there was green light for me and the other said it was green for the other lady. But I know she ran the red light but the witness just felt sorry for her. What should I do? I don’t want to take blame for her. Does your insurance goes up for “no-fault” since your insurances pays for your damages? What happens usually?
Answers:
Dimensions of the Maxi-Cosi Car Seat?
Yes, your insurance premium will go up. By some chance, was there a camera at this intersection? Be sure to contact your insurance company. Did you get the woman's name and insurance info? Don't sign anything that you don't agree with and don't take the blame if you're not at fault.Under no-fault, your insurance company will pay your damages, and the other vehicle insurance company will pay for it. Then what usually happens is the companies will either negotiate who was at fault, or go to court. The insurance company of the driver found to be at fault (or negotiated to accept blame) will pay the other company, and that driver's premiums will go up.
