Why is it that these same motorists fail to use their indicators which are located at each side of every motor vehicle world wide?
Perhaps they are just pretty little decorations to make each car look nice.

to most morons on the road a turn signal is just one more hopelessly miserably difficult thing to have to do while driving, eating their big mac, dialing their cell phone, lighting their cigarette, be-bopping to the music or whatever. It's too much like work in a pushbutton world full of lazy people. That's roughly 99%. Police & Fire trucks don't even use turn signals. It's just above most persons intelligence to realize that when your car is about to turn or change lanes, "LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW !" ...Duh.they are most likely driving illegally or are so drunk it wouldn't make any difference if they used the lights

Depends where they are driving. you don't have to have headlights on (only side lights) if you are in a built up are with street lights.
Some people have this thing in there head that clicks on when they get in there car which makes them think everyone knows where they are going to go in there car. Some people with the headlights actaually forget where as some dont think its dark enough to use them yet.
Oh god it drives me insane ... and its just as bad when u have some idiot driving towards u with their full beams on . why ?

Interesting question. I like the ones that have cell phone stuck to their heads in one hand and fade to the right (sometimes a full car width as if they are pulling over to the right) before they make a left turn without those turn signals.I must admit though, there is only one instance where I do not use my turn signals. That is when I am out on lonely country roads and the only vehicle moving. I do not find it neccessary to warn the flies, bees, moths or butterflies that decide to kamikaze my radiator, grill and bumper, as to which direction I am going. I never drive without my lights on. I do however warn the humans that sometimes show up on these roads.

When a person driving in a day light, just before it gets dark, the gradual change in brightness, sometimes, make them forget to turnon their head-lights.Can poplice in roadside speed camera vans catch you speeding in the dark?
For short distance drivers, or in a hurry, where it is not much darker, they forget to turn on headlight.

It is nothing intentional, nor stupid, just a human error. May time, even experienced drivers, do that too.
