You want to make yourself deaf? Fine. But why is it that i'm at a light, and some punk pulls up beside me with his metal/rock/pop/rap music cranked as loud as possible until the trunk is rattling. Then I have to close my window because I can't hear my talk radio station. What's the point?

To piss me off, I have a whole neighborhood of the jerks with the bass cranked. I love my Metal loud (I am 40) but know everyone else doesn't want to hear it so I only do it when I know I am the only one that is going to hear it. I wish it would make me deaf so I don't have to hear theirs (which I can hear outside right as I am typing this and a lot of the people doing here aren't teenagers and have kids).Its about a total lack of respect for your fellow humans.
Even when I was a teenager, I didnt do it as I didnt want someone to come steal my stereo as I worked to hard to get it.
