Question:
When you are a person driving in a car on a rainy day [or just after it has rained] and you see a very large puddle of water and a person walking near it, SLOW DOWN! so you don't splash them. How would you like it if this happened to you? Really is it to much to ask for one to be kind and thoughtless towards others?

It was their way of having fun. It was no accident, it was just hateful. After all these years I can still remember it. So stupid.Going around mail trucks when there is oncoming traffic ?

Well, if you know that people will do that...then when you approach an area on the sidewalk where a large puddle is located in the road...check for traffic before crossing.
