What is the best brand of car alarms?

yes it is pretty weird. You always think that there is nobody on the road but as soon as you come up to make a turn or stop at a light the traffic is their as soon as you stop or get near the light or turn. I have tried going slower and I have tried going faster but the traffic is always their its like all those cars are waiting for me to come the the stop sign or the red light. I don't under stand it either.

Who is at fault in this car accident?

And if you happen to be on a motorcycle, you're always the only one in line at the red light which never changes to green because the sensors don't detect your bike. So you have to wait for a break in traffic and run the light, or make a right on red immediately followed by a U-turn. This used to happen to me every single morning a few years back.
