Question:
Right let me make this a bit more clear. (lol)
Yesterday evening i parked my car, my neighbour has a driveway which he does not use as a drive way as it is just a mound of earth but legally you have to keep the entrance clear as the curb is dropped (which i always do) Yesterday i did not park infront of his driveway i was at least 1 foot away from it.
He came home and he realised he could not fit his car in the space outside his drive way due to another car which was not parked across his driveway either, So he decided he would take it upon his self to bump my car with his car so he could squeeze in the gap leaving my about an inch away from the car in front and an inch away from his so i was blocked in he did not do any damage to my car though..i knocked his door and asked him to move his car so i could get out he refused and started going crazy.
i have contacted the police who advised that i cannot do anything as he has done no damage surely i can do sumthing what do u think?
Answers:
There's nothing you can do if the police won't. Just keep away from him, he sounds like a right nutter!
Get out the same way as he got in.

next time call the police and ask them to remove his car as he is depriving you of the use of yours tell them that there will be a breach of the piece if they do not attend (tell them when they come that he was agresive) it could sort this outBuy an old scrap car and park it outside his house, not good for neighbourly relations but very funny
