Cell phone use banning could mean emergency calls would be barred.
It is a right to be able to communicate and hand free phones are the way to do it.
If phones are barred will talking and driving be barred, too? Or listening to the radio, if the excuse is a lack of concentration?
If your child calls you when you are driving, are you prohibited from talking to your own kids?

Hey, I'd help you but I'm not quite sure what you are debating...are you for prohibiting drivers from using them, or are you for letting them use them? There is more evidence towards not letting people drive with them.I hope you are not on the side letting them...that's going to be an up hill battle...lol...
