Question:
I'm trying to tell my hubby that car seats must be in the back seat of cars and rear-facing till 20 lbs. Today he saw a pick up truck with no back seat and the kids car seat was in the front seat. Is this legal? I always thought if you only have a pick-up, you needed to get another car or truck with a back seat.

Why are people so aggressive when they drive?
I don't lnow about the law in the U.S but in Australia Kids can't ride in the front until they are around 12.What exactly does it mean at the gas station when they say "do not top off"?
It isn't illegal in most states to put the car seat up front but it is dumb. Especially dumb if you have an airbag as the airbag can do serious damage or possibly kill an infant or child. In some states the seat has to be in the rear, if the vehicle has a rear seat. In any case, if you care about the safety of your child, you should put the seat in the rear of the vehicle and yes it should be rear facing until the child has reached 20lbs.I think most states have a law that states that a child under a certain age (12?) must be in the rear seat - IF IT'S AVAILABLE.
Can airbags be removed from the passenger side of a car?
All passengers would be safest in the rear seat, in the middle, and rear-facing.
