I wanted to know how to find out if the kid lived. It didn't look like it to me. But is there a way to check. Also I wanted to know who's fault it was the kids or the chick who hit him. I think she ran a red light but not 100% sure

I hope the child is all right. It would worry me as well until I found out if they were OK. There might be a story about it in the local paper you can check to see if they made it. As for who's fault it is, that would depend on all circumstances of the accident, INCLUDING what the child may have been or not been doing. When riding a bicycle, we are obligated to follow the same rules and laws as someone operatign a car. I was once hit by a car while on my bicycle and ticketed for the accident because I was riding on the wrong side of the road even though the side I was on was the side with the sidewalk.
