if ur talking about ur car then ur car is overheating most likely its ur therastat it is geting stuck not letting water into ur engine to cool it u need to replace it or ur radator is cloged u need to flush it u can get flush kits at any autoparts stores or u cant get ur radator flushed at a garage or a lube place u should go to a place that knows what there doing it is more expensive then doing it ur self but getting it done right is best GOOD LUCK :)

it is probably the termostat which is only a 2 to 5 dollar problem. if not that then a hose may have a small leak which is usuallty only about a 15 dollar fix. good luck.
