Person A stops at a Stop sign and wants to take a left turn from to get on a two-lane road. The right lane is stuck and one driver on the right lane asks the person A to take the left turn. Person A starts slowly taking the left turn when Person B driving in the same direction in which Person A is taking a left comes from behind and hits the passenger side of the car of Person A while he is taking the left turn. Who is at fault ?
