Looking for a car seat with 5 point harness for 2 year old that goes up to 65 lbs (for the harness)...but...?

...the only ones I've found are over $250. There's the Britax models. Waaaay overpriced. Then there's the Radian 65 for about $200. She's only 2, or I'd go with the Alpha Elite Apex, but that's for 4 years and up. I know I sound cheap, but I'm not...I'm willing to pay the $299 for the top of the line...however, I'm not the only one making the decision and my husband is more frugal, thinking the 40 lb ones are just fine, and then moving them to the belt positioning booster will be fine at that weight. Grr. Anyway, any idea if there's one out there for less than $200? I'm talking about the 5-point harness btw when talking about weight. Belt positioning can go up to 100 lbs, but the 5-point harness usually is 40, 65, or with the Radian 80 it's 80 lbs.
