Is there a hotline or something for every state? It seems like every time I go out on the road there is some a**hole driving recklessly and seems willing to cause an accident because they're in a hurry to go nowhere...

Usually unless a cop sees it, it wouldn't matter. If there was such a hotline it would be flooded by so many people that
A) they wouldn't know which were really legit
B) it would be hard to specify which cases to call in
C) it would be your word against the motorist
