What are the four reasons of fire accidents ?

They are very difficult to find right now but well worth it for the safety benefit of harnessing long term. My oldest was in a Husky (the previous name/version of the Regent) in a major side impact accident in November - he walked away without a scratch or bruise. Thankfully we were able to find a Regent within a couple of weeks but I know how tough they are to locate now. Good luck!

Does anyone know anything about anti hoon laws? please help?

There are alot of online places, just run the name through a search engine. If you want to see one up close and personal, before buying it, I included a link below to the manufacturer's site. The flag links at the top of their page don't work, so click on the merchandise line then your country on the lower left corner of the page. There, on the next page are links to retailers in your area.

You could also get on the phone and start calling brick & mortar retailers, even ones that are very far away. Many of them are willing to ship even though they don't have a web site. You can get a list of retailers here
