Question:
Having had many driving courses myself, I feel that the intense course is far better at getting good driving habits installed at the beginning and lasting for longer, with if poss regular updates. Is there any driving companies on the shropshire/hereford border who undertakes this type of block course, (shared with another "buddy",. What would be the cost. Would it include dual carrageway/moterway/night-time experience, and gaurantee a pass.

With regards to motorway driving - this is illegal for drivers with only a provisional license. The nearest you'll get is a 70mph (national speed limit) A road such as the A2. You can always take additional lessons after passing and many instructors/school offer reduced rate/free advanced lessons.

Very few indeed will guarantee a pass. This is because this will be utterly dependent on the candidate and lots of factors beyond the control of the instructor.
