hey, i just passed my test today (yaay) but a few weeks ago i was having real trouble with my reverse round a corner, heres what my instructor told me:

reverse slowley looking all around you
when you see the corner of the kirb dissapear behind the piller of the back window in the car.
follow the shape of the kirb makeing sure to keep the kirb at the backseat in the back passenger window.
when you run out of curve and only see straight kirb put on full lock
when the kirb is in the middle of the back window turn the steering wheel twice in the other direction and watch to make sure that you are staying straight.
