i think driving licences are a waste of time because even people with licences cant drive i think they should train us to drive and
then retrain within 6 months of first training
but all this practical test ,written test, i dont mind lessons
about 2 out of 3 of those channels are a waste of time
i mean they dont test us on our tv knowledge when issuing tv licences or show us how to watch tv

from what i see in london most people cant drive,i doubt most of them have passed any test
rather than a split phase testwith written ,the test itself should perhaps include assement centres for a full weekend
motorway driving ,night driving,rush hour
they are thightly judged and passed on a score system the lower the score the highger the insurance premiuim

drink drivers banned for life,anyone who is found guilty of dangerous driving ,at the end of the day if i had a shotgun and used it in public drunk or used it with undue care id not be allowed to own one again
