my friend can not go to sleep tonight, he was terrified by the incident happened earlier tonight. he was driving his car on a two way road, no speeding, following the trafic rules, suddenly 3 teenagers ran across the road in the dark, my friends horned and stepped on the brake. these 3 boys ran passed, they're fine, but there's one more guy ran across, and my friend's car hit him on the edge, there's a sound " dong" . this fouth boy seemed to be hit by the right rear mirror of the car, my friend didn't stop, he kept driving for half hour, he was too scared to look behind..it looks like the car hit the foot of the 4th boy, and he wasn't hit by the car right in the middle, but in the right edge. apparently, these 4 teenage around age 14-17 broke the traffic rule, cuz my friend was not speeding, was driving in green light, but they across the road when they supposed to wait for the light! plz help my friend, is he getting into trouble, wll the police come, how andwhen?

I'm sure if the fourth guy is with the other guys it's gonne be oktell your friend to relax they won't go to the police cause I'm sure if they got brains they wouldn't crossed a "Don't Walk" sign but they did so they already knew they've already done something wrong !

What do you mean, is it a hit and run? Of course it is. You or your friend need to call the authorities and tell them. Someone could be seriously injured and needing medical attention. You never assume that they are alright. YOU MAKE SURE.
