well accually a lot of them do but they wear the belly seatbelts and not the common car seatbelt that goes over your shoulder. another reason for not wearing them is that if a bus does ever crash its generally very slow and a lot less dangerous for buses than cars.what is the law about seatbelts back and front?

Obviously, because they aren't required to if it's not installed. Also, many buses don't even HAVE seat belts. WHY? because they weren't REQUIRED to have them at the time of manufacture.Has anyone else noticed that when it's really nice weather people drive like morons?
te same reason that taxi drivers don not,a safety thing. incase some comes behind them and tries ti straggle them with the seatr belt.Very few buses reach a high enough speed to justify wearing a seatbelt. The fronts of buses are actually very good crumple zones.
Just a thought though, if you got on a bus and the driver was wearing a seatbelt but no other seat had one, would you be happy to travel on it?
