Answers:
I gotta law and go-kart question.?
Whoa! 84 in a 55 is tough. Yes it is reckless driving--MAYBE. Recently a judge found that a motorcyclist doing over 100mph was not reckless due to the fact that the guy posed no threat to others because there were no other vehicles present. Speeding in and of itself is not reckless (so says the judge). Hopefully you were not in a construction zone!! Contact the presiding court and ask about defensive driving to get the ticket removed. Be prepared to fight it in court. Odds are you won't lose your license unless you are on a provisional license. If you fight the citation be prepared to pay a bond at least equal to the fine. Do not be afraid of fighting it.When do you shift from 2-wheel to 4-wheel drive?
aye ya yai,... yeah they give tickets like crazy here... but everyone seems to drive pretty darn fast... i feel ya, i got a 200 dollar ticket for turning right on a red light where i thought i was allowed to turn right!! ughCan some one help me with a carfax i don t have any money?
I hope so. Almost 30 over the limit.. That's really stupid. What makes you think your so special? Why is the state not keeping track of auto accidents on roads each day?
it all depends on how much of a asshole the judge isFirst his highness will revoke your lic for 6 months and then after the 6 months have come and gone you will be required by the N.Y. State motor vehicle department to take a class on better ways to improve your driving skills. If you should fail to appear to this classroom training you will be arrested and thrown in jail for the next 6 months.
Been there, Done that all ready.
Happy Motoring & Welcome to New York State.
