Question:
wouldn't it be better to do it at night? less traffic and it wouldn't be as hot(they do big road repairs and construction in teh summer in utah)
Answers:
Would you ever work as a crash test dummy?
I imagine that that point isn't as important to Utah as it is to you but you are so right. I live in TX and night is cooler and they close the streets off because most everyone is at home resting up for another days work. I-35 is always under construction...probably because it's a straight shot from Mexico to the top of the states. Utah may not be as hot as Texas either so maybe that's a factor.why do motorcyclists wave at each other when they ride by one another?
If they do it at night, they'd have to pay for lighting. It's just cheaper to piss everyone off.I'm no religious expert, but I'm sure that is a major factor in Utah around night work. But I'm just guessing. Night work is relatively new in many areas of the country.
Maybe the engineers and politicians in Utah just haven't arrived yet.
Down here in the south, especially Texas- night work is a common thing. Cooler temps, much less traffic- especially near the metro areas. Kinda nice to hit rush hour will all lanes open.
Because in Utah, the men must go home to all their wives and work on them.
Question concerning driving on the freeway?
