f***** drunk drivers. they should get their license taken away from a period of time and have some kind of torture like a little device or something that can tst their driving before they actually drive. or like have someone make sure they are sober EVERYTIME they get into a car, until they are finally trusted. they should be tortured.They should lose their tags and anyone who lets them drive a car should lose thier tags, as well.
It should be related to the damage they cause while driving drunk. It would range from no penalty if they did no damage to life in prison if someone is killed because of them being drunk.

I see a future where every car has some type of system to know if the driver is intoxicated etc. Unfortunatly it may only be for alcohol.. there are other things that could cause accidents also.I think there should be a mandatory breathalizer installed on anyones car on the first offence that has a heafty monthly due for its rental. Anyone caught driving in a car w/o it should lose there liscence for around 2 yrs. Another offence.. Lose it for life.

No one made them drink, if they can't be more responsible than what they were, they don't need to be on the road.They should have their, or whomever car they are driving taken away and sold at auction. I'm glad your alive, my dad was killed by a drunk driver...I was a firefighter and i have seen many drunk driving accidents, I'm really mean to them if i have to work on them, i do it with a smile on my face. I will never forget the 11 week old baby that died in my arms from one, i wished him the drunk driver dead, he wasn't even hurt...I could go on this makes me so angry....

we actually had to do a report on this topic last yr. I beielive you should get your license suspended for 6 month to a yr if a police officer catches you or if you are in any accident drunk. The punishment should be the same whether or not they hit somebody/something. The important thing is that they were driving drunk, out of control, and very well could've gotten someone killed. I think that ALL drunk drivers should have their licenses suspended permanently. Drunks are idiots. Drunk drivers are idiots who need to be restrained.
