Question:
I have a 5 year old in a booster seat and a 10month old in a car seat in the back of my car. Where do I put my 9 year old daughter? She is just under 135cm tall and it is virtually impossible to fit another booster seat in the back! I have an Audi estate which you would have thought big enough but I cannot safely strap a third seat in there.
Answers:
Or she can sit in the front with a booster provided you don't have an air bag.

My ten year old doesn't use one, and there is room... She is in aged 13-14 clothes and is very tall for her age, its a joke! Her head hits the roof when she on her brothers seat - Use your mothers instinct! You wouldn't put your child at risk, for anything! So the law shouldn't tar us all with the same irresponsable brush as some parents! Why do the buttons on my steering wheel have brail on them?
What state are you in? In Texas a 9 year old doesn't need a booster seat - just a seat belt. What measures do railway cars use to avoid collision?
There are combinations of 3 seats across that will fit - especially since your 10 month old is (or should still be rear facing). I would suggest posting at the forums on www.car-seat.org asking for input. Be sure to include what country you are in, the make/model and year of your vehicle, the height/weight and age of each child (and their torso height - sit them against the wall on the floor and measure from the floor to their shoulder) and what seats you currently own as well as your budget for new seats.More Questions & Answers ...
