Is Zen Estilo safe on highways?

I hve heard in some television reviews that Zen estilo has bad aerodynamics which causes estilo to be unstable on highways at highspeed. Also from safety point of view how much estilo has given thought on side door impacts?

1. during an impact their momentum is less and hence suffer greater damage
2. When a large vehicle passes them, they get drawn into the 'Wake' i.e.the air-void created behind a heavy vehicle with a flat rear, such as trucks
3. Their higher center of gravity makes their handling suspect at high speeds

Amongst the small cars the Swift 'handles' the best on the highway, though in terms of safety I'd rank them as
