Is it true that using mobile phones while filling gasoline at gas station can possibly cause fire?

It would be a little safer, but likely not worth the extra expense. Car manufacturers design all safety aspects to work with each other, so you could actually do yourself harm by replacing 3 point belts with 4 point in a newer car. IMO, the only place you would really need a 4 point is in a race car or a 4x4.
