T-boned the car and then it rolled away a few feet. the driver was thrashed all over the place and then you couldnot see her. i ran out of my truck and went to her aid to ensure she was ok. she was passed out. i called for her no response. finally she awake and was frantic and i tried to calm her down. she was histerical. she appeared to be 18-19 yrs old.

People worry about too much now days to the point they don't react physically only mentally in such case many probably sat there saying OMG I cant believe that happened, I wonder if their OK. By the time they got that out, you were at the car checking out the situation and therefore they figure no need to be in the way.where do i find out about travel trailer tire defects?

I think you are only one of a small number that would help. I think that it has nothing to do with being sued, it is that humans these days do not care about anyone other than themselves. It is disgusting really but it is the way we are and it is only going to get worse. I just hope that if I need someone like you will be around to help.what are the forces acting on a cab floor of an truck?
I think nowadays everyone is in too much of a hurry, we all have that all for one and one for all mentality. Which reminds me, I was at my local Costco not long ago at the exit waiting to get checked out by the magic marker person when I spot a family of five ahead of me the mother was up ahead holding a little girl and 1 other child walking with her, now the dad was holding another child while a young boy looked about 7 was pushing their cart. If you have never been to a Costco these stores are usually always crowded, so the dad starts yelling to the 7 year old pushing their cart to run over the people in his way because it is a doggy dog world. This is the example this grown father figure is setting for his beautiful family. I have to admit I was disgusted with his actions. This may or may not answer your question but it's all about the way you were brought up as a child, In my humble opinion.I saw an accident on a semi rural highway and one on the DE turnpike and in both cases plenty of people stopped.
You did the right thing in every case. The jackass that wouldn't wait for the car to turn is at fault.
