I had a couple friends with me and we were following another friend. Needless to say we were speeding a bit and my friend decided to stick his head out the window to wave at our friends in front. A cop pulls out, without lights. We turn off, and go hide in a parking lot. Later I drive my friends back to where their car is, and i see that the cop has my friend that was in front of me pulled over. I turn off again, the cop takes the wrong way, then turns around to follow me. No lights. I speed off and get home, safely. I then talk to my friend who said that the cop told him to tell his friend that next time he sees me, he'll pull me over, and like my friend in front of me, give me a warning. I was stupid to run from the cops in the first place, but can i now get a ticket since it already happened and they didn't catch me? They didn't get my license plate, but they know what kind of car I drive...I'm very worried because my father would kill me...Also, I have no background records or anything. I've never had a ticket, or done anything illegal...

well... if he didnt stop you, and didnt physically talk to you, and has no physical proof of that, then how are you to know if you broke the law?Can you report aggressive drivers?
I think more than anything the police wants you to be safe and not distracting to other motorist. they cant give u a ticket for the speeding but they may be able to get u for eluding but they have to prove in court that it was u driving the car and b/c they dont have ur plate number that would be hard to prove that it was even ur car that was involved so stop trippingHonda Odyssey or Kia Sedona, and why?
Yes it is Very stupid to run form a cop. You are asking for a major fine and possible suspension of your license. And on top of all that you would have to pay a lot higher insurance rates because being a minor with that on your record . Lets just say about double what your paying now. And yes you could get a ticket later if the cop was able to identify you or your friend told him who you were.I dont get this...harly riders?
Unless they actually catch you or get you on a Red light camera they cant do anything. And even if they did there are so many ways to get out of it. I have had 3 reckless driving tickets and 4 speeding tickets. But then again I am a girl and a very well endowed girl at that. So I get away with a lot. Anyway hope you dont get in any trouble.yes this can happen it is rare now a days they can do it by camera from the police car or mounted cameras at certain places
