So here in PA the governor and everyone are complaining to the DMV because the interstate was like a parking lot for three days. How were they supposed to fix the road when all the dumb a**** got stuck on it.

thats y the goverment should pay the tow truck operators to remove and inpound the vehicals then clean the roads if the ouners want there vehicals back the inpound fee is theres thats how the department of hyw and transportation works in canada
