having been a bus driver myself at one time you can pass me at anytime unless my red lights are flashing. but i advise you to do it cautiously when you do just to be on the safe side.First: the bus is required to stop at the railroad crossing and open his door to listen. He is supposed to turn off the master switch which turns on the crossing lights before opening the door. He is supposed to have on his red 4-ways located at the center back of the bus, not on top where the crossing lights are.

You must come to a complete stop at once and wait for the bus driver to switch his red lights on them wait for those lights to turn off, then you must wait for the bus to clear the tracks...only then can you drive on...but NO PASSING at any time!
