Driving alone after passing driving test?

Passed driving test 1st go today (uk). Now im scared of driving alone for the 1st time and Im worried people will be impatient now I have no L plates to show Im an inexperienced driver. Any tips from your first lone drive? Any tips about impatient/aggressive drivers? thanks
