Question:
I have a non-commercial learners permit from PA. What are the minimun standards I have to follow in NY... like drinving with an adult ect?
Answers:
NY and Jersey are strict with driving laws. However, you may be exempt because you have a permit from PA. So, to get ur license in NJ you must be 17-18, but a kid from Kentucky comes up that is 16, driving on his own has his license, and is exempt from our laws. But to be sure check out NY laws and Your laws for driving out of state.
