Can anyone direct me to a website that sells 6-8" traffic/safety cones w/majority of body cut out?
Put the infant seat in the bottom of the basket or wear the baby in a sling/carrier. Putting the infant seat in the top of the basket makes the basket top heavy and at risk for tipping and is not secure - the carseat could fall off, with your child inside. ღ ßáÐR ღIs it normal for a 2000 VW Beetle to have only 2 seatbelts in the back?
If you have the Graco seats, there is a latch on the back that kind of lines up perfectly with the extended part of the seat on the cart. It is angled like a hook and seems to "hook" through the slats.test it first so you can see if it aligns for you. I realize it wasnt made for it, but it really worked to keep the seat "in place"...of, course facing you.Anyone know how old a child has to be to ride without a booster seat in VA?
It can actually be really dangerous to hook an infant seat to the top of a shopping cart, and safety experts warn against doing it now. Most are made to not fit in a cart on purpose, so people won't do it. Your best bet would be to put the infant seat in the big basket part of the cart, if you only need to buy a few items. If it's a big shopping trip I'd use a sling or front carrier for baby.
Why can't train stop immediately even if they already see somebody crossing?
Never place a carseat in the foldout seat in a shopping cart. This is very dangerous. The new shopping carts they are making now are designed specifically so you can't do this because so many babies have been hurt this way.
Is it safe to drive an all wheel drive suv without the drive shaft?
Either in the basket portion of the cart, or not at all.How school could help in the decrease of the numbers of accidents?
Try using a sling or wrap style carrier instead - baby is much safer that way.
In the basket of the cart, facing you, so you can play w/ the baby during your shopping trip. :-)
If wearing a helmet in a car reduces everyday accident injuries and deaths, why don’t people do it?
It is *not* safe to put the baby up top, as it makes the basket top heavy, and can cause it to tip. Alternatively, if the seat is not secure (and most of the time, they aren't) the carseat itself can come off, injuring your little one!
