If a person were in an accident, where their head was cut off, would their hands drop or stay on the wheel?

Question:
If a person were driving down the road one day in a convertable & suddenly were in an accident where their head was severed from their body, would their hands still remain on the stearing wheel or would they drop?

Answers:

What are the laws in ct on lifting up trucks?

Most likely, they'd drop off as the entire body is pushed backwards by the force of the impact. I recall one incident where a car went under a semitrailer. The driver's lower jaw was found in the back seat of the car and the rest of her head came to rest about 40 feet from the roadway. Her hands were not still on the wheel as her body came to rest laying sideways across the front seat.

Parking garages?

I'm calling the police, you're clearly conspiring to murder someone.

When you drive a standard is it better to keep the RPM low, or about when should you shift.?

I would think that they would drop. Since having your head severed would most likely be the result of a violent accident, you body parts would be moving all over the place.

Are cars still made with daytime running lamps?

im not sure but i think they would remain on the wheel, b/c the the brain wouldn't be telling them to do anything different b/c it's obviously not there! lol :]]
